Fall Recipe Inspiration

Need some ideas for using this week’s featured items in a delicious creation or two? We have gathered up some tasty options, including Curried Butternut Squash Soup, Maple Roasted Delicata Squash, Turkey Pumpkin Chili, Paleo Lentil and Pumpkin Stew, and Spiced Pumpkin Seeds.

We have to call out our tasty Turkey Pumpkin Chili recipe from Marghi Sulas, our Bakery Coordinator. She mentioned it to our leadership while planning the ad schedule, and everyone agreed that it sounded both healthy and delicious!

“This tasty chili combines cozy fall comfort with great nutrition numbers. Along with being delicious, it’s high in both fiber and protein. The pumpkin component in the chili brings a savory, earthy depth and helps balance the heat of chili spice. On top of offering great flavor and nutrition, this is a one pot recipe that stores, reheats, and freezes well. I hope you will give it a try!” – Marghi Sulas, Bakery Department Coordinator
