Cotati Store

Bakery Customer Service (PT) (Closing) – It’s all about customer service, lattes, smoothies, sweet treats and more! Create a diverse selection of beverages, serve up desserts and ring up customer orders. This position requires checker training, so be at least 18 years of age (21 years of age required for our Windsor Bakery), have basic math skills and pass a simple codes test. Part time position available.

Deli Customer Service (Eve/closing) – Sandwich-ninja’s, wrap-rollers and super-scoopers unite!  If you excel at customer service and can create a sandwich worthy of a photo shoot, we want you!

Meat Butcher (must have experience) – You will be receive, inspect and store meat upon delivery. Responsible for all facets of butchering including; cut, bone, grind and prepare meats to specification. Also responsible for customer service when needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in all aspects of a bakery or equivalent culinary training

Cheese Department – Gourmet Cheese Manager

Overview:

As the Gourmet Cheese Department Manager you are expected to control all activities that support the Department’s growth and profitability. Specifically, you are directly responsible for scheduling, personnel management, merchandise procurement, gross margin management, merchandising and quality standards, customer, and safety and sanitation in your department. You are responsible for all communication and administration necessary for the successful completion of your duties and for ensuring compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws. Your job duties will also include any additional duties deemed appropriate by the Store Director.

  • Minimum 2 years proven retail experience with artisanal, specialty and commodity cheese products

Customer Service – Front End Store Lead

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Field customer comments and complaints and follow through for customer satisfaction

Deli Department – Deli Kitchen Manager – Stony Point Commissary Kitchen

Position overview: As the Deli Kitchen Manager, you will perform tasks related to the overall daily function of the Stony Point Commissary Kitchen with a strong focus on food, operations and employee management and outstanding customer service. You will be required to assist the Deli Manager and Executive Chef in maintaining the overall operational standards for the Deli Department.  Requires maintaining health and safety standards and compliance with applicable county, state and federal laws.  In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling and the daily direction and oversight of Deli employees.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Management or Leadership in food service
  • Ability to demonstrate appropriate independent decision making capability
  • Professional behavior with a proven ability of working with a diverse workforce

Grocery Department – Grocery Clerk Bulk Lead

Position Overview: As a Grocery Clerk Bulk Lead you will perform all tasks related to breaking down deliveries, moving back stock to the floor and stocking shelves. You will be required to assist in organizing and developing promotional displays and maintaining an organized, efficient and safe backroom.
