Suntory Toki Whiskey Highball
A fresh take on an old classic created by our Windsor Wine Department Manager, Thomas Wall!

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Suntory Toki Whiskey
- 6 oz. Soda Water
- 1-2 dashes King Floyd's Cardamom Bitters (optional)
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- Ice
Instructions
Take a chilled Highball glass, and fill it with ice. Pour in whiskey and add bitters, if using. Stir with a spoon to combine.
Add soda water and stir again. Garnish with lemon wedge - you can also squeeze in the juice from the lemon for a spark of citrus.
