- 1 (750ml) bottle Bellacana Rosé of Pinot Noir, well-chilled
- 3 dashes Fernet Branca
- 3 dashes Grand Marnier
- 1 oz. Brandy
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Lemon Twist or Slice (optional, for serving)
Combine Fernet Branca, Grand Marnier, brandy, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake until well-frosted, then strain into a Rocks or Martini glass over ice.
Top with chilled Bellacana Rosé of Pinot Noir, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lemon twist or slice, if desired.
