Pink Pick-Me-Up

Stop in this week to pick up of all of mom’s favorites at prices that’ll make her proud, like a bottle of Bellacana Rosé of Pinot Noir (750ml). This blushing rosé is perfect for putting the pink in this Pink Pick-Me-Up Cocktail, and it makes a fitting end to a rich Mother’s Day brunch. Just make sure Mom doesn’t drink too many, or this stiff pick-me-up will become a knock-me-down!

Ingredients
- 1 (750ml) bottle Bellacana Rosé of Pinot Noir, well-chilled
- 3 dashes Fernet Branca
- 3 dashes Grand Marnier
- 1 oz. Brandy
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- Ice
- Lemon Twist or Slice (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Combine Fernet Branca, Grand Marnier, brandy, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake until well-frosted, then strain into a Rocks or Martini glass over ice.
Top with chilled Bellacana Rosé of Pinot Noir, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lemon twist or slice, if desired.
