Mixed Berry French Toast Bake

Impress your guests with this no-fuss, delicious French toast bake! We promise, it’s BERRY good.

  • 6 Large Clover Organic Eggs
  • 2 C. Milk
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/3 C. Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 16 Oz. Loaf Bakerly Brioche Bread, cubed
  • 1 C. Raspberries
  • 1 C. Blackberries
  • 1 C. Strawberries, quartered
  • 1 C. Blueberries


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Place bread cubes in a large bowl; pour mixture over top and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and thoroughly grease a 13”x9” baking dish. Add the berries to the bread mixture, making sure that berries are evenly dispersed throughout. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes or until a sharp knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
