Light, bubbly, and bursting with seasonal flavor, it’s the perfect cocktail for sunny afternoons, backyard gatherings, and warm evenings with friends.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Brut rosé
- ½ cup seasonal stone fruit, roughly chopped (peaches, nectarines, pluots and/or plums)
- ½ oz fruit flavored syrup or juice (strawberry, raspberry, peach, elderflower, or pomegranate)
- 1 sprig fresh mint
- Optional: 1 small sprig basil
- Ice
Instructions
In a sturdy glass or shaker, add the fruit, mint, and optional basil.
Pour in the fruit syrup or juice.
Gently muddle—just enough to release juices and aroma without shredding the herbs.Fill the glass with ice.
Add the brut rosé.
Give it a gentle stir to combine
Top with a fresh sprig of mint (and basil if using). Serve immediately.
Optional Tweaks:
Sweeter: add another ¼ oz syrup
Lighter / brunch-y: go half rosé, half sparkling water
More herbal: Clap the basil with your hands to release its aromas by putting a basil leaf flat in the palm of your hand and giving it a single, sharp clap.
Frozen version: blend everything with ice except sparkling water, then top with bubbles
