Sparkling Fig Balsamic Lemonade

Ingredients

  • ½ cup + 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • ½ cup + 1 Tbsp. water
  • ¼ cup + 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 ½ liters oz. club soda
  • ¼ cup Oliver’s Own Fig Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp. added per glass)
  • 16 oz. ice (about 4 oz. per serving)

Instructions

  1. Make Lemon Simple Syrup: Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, then stir in the lemon juice.

  2. Build the Pitcher: In a large pitcher, combine the lemon simple syrup with 48.4 oz of chilled club soda. Stir gently to preserve the bubbles.

  3. To Serve: Pour 1 Tbsp (0.5 oz) fig balsamic vinegar into the bottom of each glass. Fill glass with ice (about 4 oz). Pour sparkling lemonade over the top (about 12 oz). Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice if desired.
