Saratoga Cocktail

The Saratoga is an absolute classic of whiskey cocktails; made here with Knob Creek Rye Whiskey, sweet vermouth, and brandy, it’s the cocktail that’s as timeless as Dad.

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Knob Creek Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz. Brandy
- 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Ice
- Lemon Twist (for garnish)
Instructions
Combine Knob Creek Rye Whiskey, brandy, vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass over ice. Stir well to combine, then strain into a chilled martini or wine glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist before serving, if desired. Great as an after-dinner cocktail.
