Bourbon Highball

Every Dad has his go-to drink of choice, and one of the great classics has to be the effortless Bourbon Highball. We’ve made this version with Elijah Craig Bourbon Whiskey and Fever Tree Club Soda for the quintessential Highball and a cocktail Dad is sure to love.

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Elijah Craig Small-Batch Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 (12oz) Fever Tree Club Soda, very well chilled
- Ice
- Lemon Wedges (to garnish)
Instructions
Fill a highball glass with ice, then pour Elijah Craig Bourbon Whiskey overtop. Stir gently to chill, then top with Fever Tree Club Soda.
Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge just before serving. Goes great with grilled rib eye steak!
