- 2 oz. Elijah Craig Small-Batch Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 (12oz) Fever Tree Club Soda, very well chilled
- Lemon Wedges (to garnish)
Fill a highball glass with ice, then pour Elijah Craig Bourbon Whiskey overtop. Stir gently to chill, then top with Fever Tree Club Soda.
Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge just before serving. Goes great with grilled rib eye steak!
