  • Serves: 4-6 servings
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 (750ml) bottle Mumm Napa Brut Prestige, chilled
  • 1/3 c. Honey Wine or Honey Liqueur
  • 1 lb. Frozen Raspberries
  • Fresh Raspberries (optional, for serving)


  1. Combine honey wine or liqueur and frozen raspberries in a blender. Puree until smooth.

  2. Divide blended raspberry mixture between several chilled Coupe or Martini glasses. Top with Mumm Napa Brut Prestige, and garnish with fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
