Protein Pairings – Honey Banana Shake

Start your day off right! These smoothies are paired perfectly with some of our favorite protein powders. It’s good for your body, and your taste buds!

  • Serves: 1 smoothie
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp flaxseed oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp spirulina

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth.
