Start your day off right! These smoothies are paired perfectly with some of our favorite protein powders. It’s good for your body, and your taste buds!

  • Serves: 1 smoothie
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • 1-1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup low-fat coffee-flavored ice cream


  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
