Orange Muffins Featuring Oliver’s Own Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil


  • 1-1/4 C. Self-rising flour
  • 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 2 Sticks of butter at room temp.
  • 3 Eggs at room temperature
  • 5 Tbsp. Oliver's Own Blood Orange Olive Oil


  1. Grease a muffin tin.

  2. Beat the sugar and the butter until creamy.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time combining each egg well.

  4. Add the blood orange olive oil, combine well.

  5. Fold in the flour and combine well using a wooden spatula.

  6. Pour the batter into a muffin tin.

  7. Bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
