Caprese Skewers with Oliver’s own Basil Infused Olive Oil


  • 2 tablespoons Oliver’s Own Basil Infused Olive Oil, plus more for serving
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 24 mozzarella balls (Ciliegine), drained and patted dry
  • 12 small cherry tomatoes, halved crosswise
  • 24 small fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup Oliver’s Own Vecchio Balsamic Vinegar
  • 12 (4-inch) party skewers


  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add in the mozzarella balls and tomato halves then gently toss to coat.

  2. Assemble skewers in this order: half a cherry tomato, folded basil leaf, mozzarella ball, another folded basil leaf, half cherry tomato, and another mozzarella ball. Arrange prepared skewers on a serving platter.

  3. Drizzle skewers with balsamic vinegar and more Basil Olive Oil. Serve and enjoy!
