Fig and Balsamic Vinegar Ice Cream Sundae

A sophisticated spin on the ice cream sundae. Made with Oliver’s Own Fig Balsamic Vinegar.


  • 12 oz. Raspberries
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup Oliver's Own Fig Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Toss the raspberries with the orange juice and set aside.

  2. Scoop ice cream into dishes, top with raspberries, and drizzle with Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
