- 1-2 scoops Garden of Life Raw Fit Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 large/ripe Kiwis, peeled & quartered
- 2 Granny Smith Apples, peeled & sliced
- 2 Frozen Bananas, peeled & broken into chunks
- 3 leaves Fresh Collard Greens, washed
- 1 tsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 c. Coconut Cream
- Sliced Kiwis, Blueberries, Chia Seeds, Hemp Hearts, Coconut Flakes, etc. (for topping)
Combine all ingredients in large blender. Puree mixture until smooth and creamy, then pour into desired bowl or glass.
Top with assorted seeds, additional fresh fruit, and/or flaked coconut; serve immediately. Great as a post-workout snack or as a fantastic, healthy breakfast.
