  • 1 c. Garden of Life Raw Fit Plant-Based Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 c. Cocoa Powder
  • 1 c. Almond or Peanut Butter, smooth or crunchy
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract


  1. Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper; allow the paper to hang over the sides of the pan for easy removal later. Sift Garden of Life chocolate protein powder and cocoa powder into a large bowl, then whisk to combine.

  2. Add almond or peanut butter and vanilla extract, then stir until smooth, about 10 minutes. Transfer mixture to prepared pan, spreading into a even layer. Tap pan again counter several times to release any air bubbles, then cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until solid; remove and slice.

  3. Store cold in a sealed container for up to 30 days.
