Chocolate Dipped Banana Bites
Chocolate-covered strawberries have become the go-to Valentine’s Day dessert– but they’re certainly not the only thing that tastes good with chocolate!
- Serves: 6 Pieces

- Cook Time: Freeze Time - 2 Hours
- 1/4 c. bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp. olive oil
- 1 banana, cut into 6 slices
- 3/4 tsp. chopped almonds (toasted)
Microwave chocolate and oil in a large microwaveable bowl on high, stirring every 10-15 seconds, until smooth.
Add the banana slices and roll until well coated. Transfer to wax paper on a plate and sprinkle almonds on top. Freeze until solid (about 2 hours)
