- 1.5 oz. Gold Rum
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Honey Syrup
- Piper Heidsieck Brut Champagne (to finish)
Combine rum, lime juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake until frosted. Strain into a highball glass over ice.
To finish, top with Brut Champagne.
