Air Mail Cocktail
Looking for a simple cocktail to send this Mother’s Day into the stratosphere? Look no further than the Air Mail! Sweet and tangy, with golden rum and mom’s favorite champagne, it’s the perfect cocktail to send mom some love.

- Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Gold Rum
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Honey Syrup
- Piper Heidsieck Brut Champagne (to finish)
Instructions
Combine rum, lime juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake until frosted. Strain into a highball glass over ice.
To finish, top with Brut Champagne.
