Crescent-Wrapped Brie with Cherry Preserves

At Oliver’s Market, REAL EVERYDAY VALUES* means offering a variety of products at honest-to-goodness everyday savings. Featured in our REV flyer this quarter is Nicasio Valley’s Organic Locarno Brie*. A delicious creamy brie made in 8 inch wheels and aged for at least 5 weeks, it is creamy around the inside of the rind with a chalky interior that gets creamier as it ages or warms, making it an ideal pick for this recipe! The tartness of Bonne Maman Cherry Preserves* is the perfect complement to the sweetness of the cheese.
