The next time you experience a midday lull or need a last-minute dessert, turn to this Italian classic, which will take both your coffee and dessert breaks to another level!

  • Serves: 1 serving
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 shot Bella Rosa espresso
  • 2 scoops Haagen Daz Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 splash Amaretto liqueur
  • shaved dark chocolate


  1. Using your desired brewing method, brew 1 shot of espresso.

  2. As the espresso is brewing, drop 2 scoops vanilla ice cream into a small drinking glass.

  3. Pour the espresso shot and 1 splash liqueur over the ice cream.

  4. Top with shaved dark chocolate and serve immediately.
