Crescent-Wrapped Brie with Cherry Preserves

At Oliver’s Market, REAL EVERYDAY VALUES* means offering a variety of products at honest-to-goodness everyday savings. Featured in our REV flyer this quarter is Nicasio Valley’s Organic Locarno Brie*. A delicious creamy brie made in 8 inch wheels and aged for at least 5 weeks, it is creamy around the inside of the rind with a chalky interior that gets creamier as it ages or warms, making it an ideal pick for this recipe! The tartness of Bonne Maman Cherry Preserves* is the perfect complement to the sweetness of the cheese.

  • Serves: 4 servings
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 25 minutes

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls

  4. Place remaining square on top of cheese round. Press dough evenly around cheese; fold bottom edges over top edges. Gently stretch dough evenly around cheese; press to seal completely. Brush with beaten egg.

  5. Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes. Serve warm.
