- ¼ cup Braggs Apple Cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Bonne Maman Raspberry jam
- 2 tablespoons Organicville yellow mustard
- 1 pound Niman Ranch Boneless Pork Loin Chops
In a small bowl, mix vinegar, jam and mustard.
Brown pork chops on both sides in a large skillet.
Pour in jam mixture. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove pork chops from pan.
Bring sauce to a boil and reduce by half. Plate the chops and top with the sauce.
