Spicy Grilled Cantaloupe Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 Cantaloupe, cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chili powder, lime juice, honey, and salt.

  2. Toss cantaloupe cubes in the mixture until nicely coated.

  3. Thread onto skewers and grill 2–3 minutes per side until slightly charred.
