Spicy Grilled Cantaloupe Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 Cantaloupe, cut into cubes
- 1 tsp. Chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- Pinch of salt
- Skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix chili powder, lime juice, honey, and salt.
Toss cantaloupe cubes in the mixture until nicely coated.
Thread onto skewers and grill 2–3 minutes per side until slightly charred.
