Rum Sour

To help Dad celebrate Father’s Day, Oliver’s has rounded up staple items he will need to elevate his bar cart, including Havana Club Rum *. A sour is a true classic, and this recipe elevates it with the addition of an exceptionally distilled rum.


  • Serves: 1 serving
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • 2 ounces Havana Club Dark Rum
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce Stirrings Simple Syrup
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 1 Hotel Starlino Cherries of Italy


  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add the rum, lemon juice and simple syrup. Put the lid on the shaker and shake for 30 - 45 seconds. Pour over ice into a rocks glass.
