Rosé and Berry Mojito
This week at Oliver’s Market save 20% on all Rosé wines! Enjoy great savings and treat yourself to a bottle or two of our amazing selection of premium Rosé’s. The versality of a Rosé wine lends itself to enhance cocktails as well, and this variation on a traditional mojito is the perfect example!
Ingredients
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 3 fresh raspberries
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- ice
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce Barnard Griffin Rosé of Sangiovese
- 1/2 ounce silver rum
- Fever-Tree soda water
Instructions
In a large glass, muddle together mint and raspberries with simple syrup. When well muddled, add ice and remaining ingredients.
Stir well, then top with soda water to finish.
