- 1 lb. thick asparagus spears
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ½ lb. thinly sliced Niman Ranch Domestic prosciutto
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Trim off the tough ends from the asparagus (usually about 1 inch). Place asparagus spears on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss well to coat.
Lay the prosciutto slices out on a cutting board and slice each in half, lengthwise.
Roll each asparagus spear with a prosciutto slice, then arrange in a single layer on the sheet pan. Bake for about 7-10 minutes, until the asparagus is still firm, but tender. Serve and enjoy.
