Reposado Margarita
Oliver’s Market Cocktail of the Week features Cointreau liqueur and Corralejo Reposado tequila , be sure to take advantage of the sale price and enjoy this cocktail at home!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup kosher salt
- 1 wedge lime
- 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) fresh lime juice
- 2 heaping teaspoons superfine sugar
- 1 tablespoon (½ ounce) Cointreau liqueur
- ¼ cup (2 ounces) Corralejo Reposado tequila
- About 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
Rub lime wedge halfway around the rim of the glass. Lightly coat with salt. In cocktail shaker, stir together lime juice and sugar until sugar partially dissolves, Add Cointreau, tequila, and ½ the ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into glass. Fill with remaining ice cubes.
