Re-Heating Your Complete Holiday Dinner

You’ve brought home your Oliver’s Complete Holiday Dinner (or an assortment of main dishes and sides!), but now what? Here’s your guide to re-heating your Holiday Dinner, made from scratch in your local Oliver’s Deli Department. Happy Holidays!

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes to 3 hours, depending on items
  • Cook Time: 20 minutes to 3 hours, depending on items

Instructions

  1. DIESTEL RANCH TURKEYS -

    For all turkeys, prior to re-heating - Remove plastic and cover with foil prior to placing in oven. For a crisp brown crust, remove foil halfway through. Do not over cook your turkey. Cooking times may vary depending upon your oven. ALL BIRDS HAVE BEEN LIGHTLY BRINED, SEASON TO TASTE.

    • Small Turkey (8-10lb.) - Preheat oven to 325° and place bird in center of oven. Heat for approx. 1.5-1.75 hours. Test temperature with a thermometer. Pull from oven when breast reaches 165°.
    • Medium Turkey (10-12lb.) - Preheat oven to 325° and place bird in center of oven. Heat for approx. 1.75-2.25 hours. Test temperature with a thermometer. Pull from oven when breast reaches 165°.
    • Large Turkey (12-14lb.) - Preheat oven to 325° and place bird in center of oven. Heat for approx. 2-2.5 hours. Test temperature with a thermometer. Pull from oven when breast reaches 165°.
    • Extra Large Turkey (16-18lb.) - Preheat oven to 325° and place bird in center of oven. Heat for approx. 2.5-3 hours. Test temperature with a thermometer. Pull from oven when breast reaches 165°.

  2. PRIME RIB -

    Preheat oven to 325°. For small rib heat 45 minutes. For a large rib heat for 1.5 hours. All ribs are cooked to a rare state. If you like your rib well done please feel free to cook it a little longer. Keep it covered while cooking to ensure moistness. For a crisp top, pull the foil off for the last 15 minutes.

  3. BAKED HAM -

    Preheat oven to 350°. Remove foil. Small ham heat for 30 minutes, large ham heat for 1 hour.

  4. LEG OF LAMB -

    Preheat oven to 325°. Leave wrapped in foil. Place in center of oven, for medium doneness cook for 30 minutes. Cook for 1 hour for well done.

  5. STUFFING -

    In microwave oven, remove lid and microwave for 2 minutes, turn and microwave again for 2 minutes. In conventional oven, remove lid and heat for approx. 20-30 minutes at 325º

  6. MASHED POTATOES -

    In microwave oven, remove lid and microwave for 2 minutes, turn and microwave again for 2 minutes. In conventional oven, remove lid and heat for approx. 20-30 minutes at 325º

  7. GRAVY -

    Place in pot on stove and bring to a simmer.

  8. VEGETABLES -

    Remove the lid and place in microwave for 2-3 minutes. In conventional oven, remove lid and heat for approximately 15-20 minutes at 325º.
