Oliver’s Own Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar Bread Dip

A simple and delicious appetizer for any dinner party. Made with Oliver’s Own Everyday Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Oliver’s Own Vecchio Balsamic Vinegar.


  • 1/3 cup Oliver's Own Everyday Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/8 cup Oliver's Own Vecchio Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/8 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon Oliver's Own Italian Seasoning
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Kosher salt


  1. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

  2. Transfer the cheese and seasoning mixture to a shallow bowl or rimmed plate.

  3. Pour in olive oil, then drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

  4. Serve with a crusty loaf of French or sourdough bread.
