Jameson Hot Toddy

A hot toddy makes a great nightcap, perfect for ending a fantastic St. Patrick’s Day!

  • Serves: 1 cocktail
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes


  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 1 1/2 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 2 tbsp. Honey (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice (or to taste)
  • 1 Lemon Wedge, for garnish
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick, for garnish


  1. Bring water to a boil and pour into a mug. Add whiskey, lemon juice, and honey, then stir to combine.

  2. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cinnamon stick.
