- 3 Ripe avocados
- 1 Lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- ½ Small red onion, finely diced
- 1-2 Tablespoons Oliver’s Own Jalapeño Infused Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
Peel and pit the avocados. Place them in a medium bowl with lime juice, salt, and pepper, then mash to a coarse consistency with a fork.
Add in remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Taste and add more salt or lime juice, if desired.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with your favorite chips.
