Guacamole With Oliver’s Own Jalapeño Infused Olive Oil


  • 3 Ripe avocados
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • ½ Small red onion, finely diced
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Oliver’s Own Jalapeño Infused Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced


  1. Peel and pit the avocados. Place them in a medium bowl with lime juice, salt, and pepper, then mash to a coarse consistency with a fork.

  2. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Taste and add more salt or lime juice, if desired.

  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with your favorite chips.
