Garlic Herb Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Rocky bone-in chicken breasts
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 cloves Garlic, smashed
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Season chicken with salt and Pepper then sear skin-side down for 5–6 minutes.

  3. Flip, add garlic and herbs, and spoon butter over the top.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 20–25 minutes (or finish in oven).

  5. Let rest, then slice and serve with mashed potatoes or greens.
