Fleurette 75
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Fleurette Gin
- .75 oz simple syrup
- .75 oz lemon juice
- 1 Egg white
- Sparkling Wine
- A few drops of orange blossom water
Instructions
Combine Gin, Simple Syrup, lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker, dry shake for 20 seconds then add ice and shake for 15 more seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass and top with Sparkling Wine.
Finish with a few drops of orange Blossom Water.
