Easy Chicken Fajitas

Sizzle up a crowd-pleaser in minutes with Oliver’s Marinated Boneless Chicken Breast and Oliver’s Own Pre-Cut Fajita Mix. Juicy, flavorful chicken meets crisp, colorful veggies, already prepped and ready to go. Just heat, toss, and serve in warm tortillas for a fresh, mouthwatering meal that tastes like you worked all day (but didn’t!).

Ingredients

  • 1Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 lb. Oliver’s Marinated boneless chicken breast (cut into ½-inch strips)
  • 1 (14oz.) Container Oliver’ Own Pre-Cut Fajita Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 8 Tortillas, warmed in the oven or microwave
  • Shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil in a large nonstick skillet until shimmering.

  2. Add marinated chicken breast and the fajita mix to the skillet and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are crisp-tender and the chicken is cooked through, about 6 minutes.

  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the lime juice.

  4. Transfer the chicken and vegetables to a large bowl and serve with the warmed tortillas, lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream and lime wedges.
