  • 2 pounds raw cashews
  • 2 pounds raw sprouted almonds
  • 1 pound raw sunflower seeds (no shell)
  • 1 pound dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 pound raisins
  • 1/2 pound coconut flakes
  • 1 pound chocolate chips
