Grilled Halloumi Cheese

Holy Halloumi, talk about the ultimate grilled cheese! No, seriously, we’re straight up grilling cheese – it’s delicious. This specialty of Cyprus is crafted from sheep’s milk and boasts an extremely high melting point, meaning you can in fact throw it straight on the grill. Use it to liven up kebobs, dish it up with grilled bread, or enjoy it as a sweet-salty treat with fresh watermelon.
