- 1/2 lb. Halloumi Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch-thick slices
- 3 tbsp. Oregano
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 grilled Lemon, juiced
- Sliced Watermelon or Grilled Bread (for serving)
Heat grill on medium-high. Brush cheese with olive oil and place onto grill for 2 minutes on each side, or until distinct grill marks have formed.
Sprinkle halloumi with oregano and drizzle with olive and grilled lemon juice. Serve on a slice of watermelon or grilled bread.
