- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1-2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced (or 1 tsp. dried ginger)
- 3 green onions, minced
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and ginger until well blended.
Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
Add minced green onions and stir well. Serve immediately.
