Cherub’s Cup Cocktail

The fresh strawberries and floral Elderflower liqueur mix perfectly with bubbly sparkling wine and a punch of booze from some vodka. Ingredients
- 2 Strawberries, hulled & quartered
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 3 oz. Sparkling Wine
Instructions
Muddle one strawberry, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, elderflower liqueur, and vodka and shake well.
Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass.
Top with sparkling wine, and garnish with remaining strawberry. Serve and enjoy!
