Bourbon Swizzle
Oliver’s Market Cocktail of the Week features Bulleit Bourbon, be sure to take advantage of the sale price* and enjoy this cocktail at home!

- Serves: 1 serving
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 ounce Bulleit Bourbon
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1/4 ounce ginger syrup
- 3 mint sprigs (take off leaves, remove stems)
- 3 dashes aromatic bitters
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Instructions
Dry shake all ingredients except bitters, pour into a highball glass, top with ice and swizzle, keeping the mint on the bottom and top with more crushed ice. Garnish with three dashes each of aromatics and Peychaud's bitters, a mint sprig and candied ginger.
