Blueberry Sauce
Ingredients
- ¼ C. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- ½ C. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 3 C. Fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in water, lemon juice and blueberries.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to thicken.
Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes more. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Serve warm or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
