Stemple Creek Ranch Beef – This fifth-generation family operation located in nearby Tomales is a committed steward of the land, and their beef is always 100% grass fed, grass finished, pasture raised, and using no antibiotics ever, and no hormones or growth promotants. Stemple Creek is an award-winning leader in the field of regenerative ranching, is GAP certified level 4, and raises the Angus cattle breed exclusively. All Stemple Creek Ranch Beef is a product of the USA.
Niman Ranch Pork – All Niman Ranch Pork is Certified Humane, raised with no antibiotics ever, no hormones ever, and with a 100% vegetarian diet. To qualify for their program, all farmers use sustainable farming practices. The breeds in the program include Duroc, Chester, and Berkshire. All Niman Ranch Pork is a product of the USA.
Niman Ranch Lamb – Niman Ranch Lam is Certified Humane, and is raised using no antibiotics ever and no hormones ever. The lamb is raised with a 100% vegetarian diet on farms practicing sustainable farming. Niman Ranch works with independent family farmers across the country who adhere to their list of exacting standards. Niman Ranch Lamb is always a product of the USA.
Oliver’s Choice 100% Angus Beef – This quality beef is raised using no antibiotics or hormones. It is prepared and ground several times daily in each of our stores and is a product of the USA.
Rocky Chicken – Rocky chickens are raised in free range environments, many of which are right here in Sonoma County. They receive no antibiotics ever, and are fed a 100% vegetarian diet. They are Non GMO certified, raised on sustainably managed farms, and have no hormones or steroids added. They are always air chilled, and are a product of the USA.
Diestel Family Ranch Turkey -The Diestel family goes back four generations in their family owned and operated operation. Their turkeys receive no antibiotics, and no growth stimulant or hormones EVER. They are raised with a 100% vegetarian diet, and are raised thoughtfully as the family honors strict animal welfare standards. They are GAP certified, and carry the Thoughtfully Processed certification. All Diestel Family Ranch Turkey is a product of the USA.
