- 1 large Fresh Horseradish Root
- 3/4 c. White Vinegar
- 2 tsp. White Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
Peel and cube 1 cup of fresh horseradish and place in a blender or food processor. Then add the white vinegar, white sugar, and salt. Blend until it forms a paste.
Cover the horseradish sauce, and store it in the fridge to chill. It is best paired with prime rib or a pot roast.
