Zach’s Horseradish

Spicy and delicious, this homemade horseradish sauce comes from one of our very own Oliver’s employees!

  • Serves: 1 cup
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 large Fresh Horseradish Root
  • 3/4 c. White Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. White Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube 1 cup of fresh horseradish and place in a blender or food processor. Then add the white vinegar, white sugar, and salt. Blend until it forms a paste.

  2. Cover the horseradish sauce, and store it in the fridge to chill. It is best paired with prime rib or a pot roast.
