Unnecessarily Refreshing Gin and Sonic

D. George Benham’s Sonoma Dry Gin is produced locally here in Graton, and Oliver’s Market is proud to offer it as one of our sale featured local items this week. This recipe is a delicious and gratifying way to support one of our favorite local vendors!

  • Serves: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces D. George Benham’s Sonoma Dry Gin
  • 2 ounces Fever-Tree Tonic Water
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 2 whole Cardamom pods
  • 1 Star Anise pod
  • 1 fresh Spearmint sprig
  • pinch of ground Coriander

Instructions

  1. Add gin to a bowl shaped glass or goblet. Fill glass with ice, top with tonic water and add a pinch of coriander, two cardamom pods and one star anise. Garnish with a sprig of fresh spearmint and a lime wheel.
