Tiffany Mimosa

Ingredients
- 1 (750ml.) bottle Torresella Prosecco, chilled (or your favorite prosecco)
- 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- Ice
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 1/2 c. Sugar
Instructions
Place sugar on a plate, then rub lemon wedge on the edge of a champagne glass. Firmly press rim of champagne glass into sugar to coat; repeat if making additional cocktails. Combine Curacao, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosted.
Strain into prepared champagne glass. Top with Torresella Prosecco to finish.
