  • Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 (750ml.) bottle Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne, chilled (or your favorite sparkling brut)
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • Ice
  • Cucumber Slice (for garnish)


  1. Combine vodka, Triple Sec, lemon juice, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosted; strain into a chilled champagne or Collins glass.

  2. To finish, top with Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne. Garnish with a cucumber slice, if desired.
