The Ace Hotel’s Rosé Sangria

A staple on the cocktail menu at the fabulous Ace Hotel, their take rosé sangria elevates this classic, boozy beverage into an art form. We’ve also used De Chansac’s Rosé ($7.99/ea) as the perfect base for this already out-this-world cocktail, making it the ultimate in brunchtastic delights!

  • Serves: 4-6 servings
  • Prep Time: Overnight


  • 18 oz. De Chansac Rosé
  • 9 oz. Pisco
  • 1 1/2 oz. Cherry Heering
  • 3 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Yellow Peaches, sliced
  • 10 Strawberries, hulled & sliced
  • 1 Lemon, thinly sliced
  • Ice


  1. Combine 1 peach and half the strawberries with the rosé in a large pitcher. Cover and refrigerate; allow fruit to soak in wine overnight.

  2. When ready to serve, remove soaked fruit and discard. Combine remaining ingredients, including remaining fruit, with infused wine. Stir well, then add ice. Serve immediately.
