- 4-6 ears Fresh Corn, shucked & washed
- 1/2 c. Salted Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Chile Powder
Prepare grill for direct heat, and preheat to on medium-high. Combine melted butter, lime juice, and chile powder and set aside. Place buttered corn on the grill.
Grill corn, turning frequently, until corn is lightly charred on sides (about 10 minutes). Brush grilled corn thoroughly with chile-lime butter. Serve immediately.
