Fresh Grilled Corn with Chile-Lime Butter

Get into the grilling spirit with delicious, fresh cobs of non-GMO white and yellow corn (4 for $1)! Grilled corn is pretty perfect on it’s own, so we’ve kept it simple to let those golden cobs shine. Just a little chile for heat and some lime for brightness, and you’ve got yourself the ultimate bite of summer.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 ears Fresh Corn, shucked & washed
  • 1/2 c. Salted Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Chile Powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare grill for direct heat, and preheat to on medium-high. Combine melted butter, lime juice, and chile powder and set aside. Place buttered corn on the grill.

  2. Grill corn, turning frequently, until corn is lightly charred on sides (about 10 minutes). Brush grilled corn thoroughly with chile-lime butter. Serve immediately.
