Tequila Mule

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Corralejo Reposado
  • ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 2-3 jalapeño slices
  • Ginger beer
  • Copper Mule Mug

Instructions

  1. In a copper mule mug, muddle jalapeño slices with lime and simple syrup.

  2. Add ice, tequila, and ginger beer then stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a lime round and a jalapeño slice.
