Be-Gin to See the Light
Ingredients
- Ice
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed Cara Cara orange juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ⅓ cup tonic water
- 1½ ounces Empress 1908 gin
- Highball glass
Instructions
Fill a 10-ounce highball glass with ice.
Add Cara Cara orange juice, simple syrup, and tonic water. Slowly pour Empress Gin on top, being careful not to let the layers mix.
Garnish the rim of the glass with a small slice of Cara Cara orange and a fresh mint sprig.
